Below are two examples of mental health charities I’ve supported through artwork and giving up some time in a busy schedule. As a sufferer of anxiety I understand the real importance of managing and getting support around mental health.
Sky Sharma (Event Organisation)
Event managed for youth to raise awareness around mental health and suicide. Ticket money and raffles raised over £1000 for this tremendous cause. Also donated the canvas below.

An art class for a mental health workshop. Fantastic work! Hoping to take this forward to an exhibition.
